Description, Philosophy, History

Architect Lim Teng Ngiom believes in a design and research-based practice with particular emphasis on spatial intelligence. His projects are led by context and function, with a belief that every project requires a different solution. We also believe in originality and avoid repeating well-work ideas.
The practice subscribes to the tenet that: Innovative design in architecture emerges out of ordinary thinking and that experience serves as the crucial component on which creative thinking operates.
The office subscribes to continual change and renewal, where the character of architectural design evolves in tandem with the prevailing cultural milieu as well as its advancements.
Architect Lim Teng Ngiom graduated from North East London Polytechnic in the United Kingdom. He pursued his masters in Architecture from the University Of Malaya (UM) in 2004. His paper was titled "“Critical Meanings In Architecture”. He pursued his doctorate program from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
